Art shop. - Damien Poole Review added: 2018.04.13★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm not a regular reviewer, but my delivery from this company was not sent to the correct address, (instead to the where the card was registered) As a person who tends to be able to find the best in anyone, the lady i've just spoken to on the phone was rude, obnoxious, with terrible customer service and patronising. Saying i'd obviously typed two addresses into one box, and that i should 'realise that we can't send a parcel to an address without the post code' Oh, silly me?! (Ironically it found my address in London easily, with obviously nobody at home,) I did also purchase something else from this company at the same time which has arrived perfectly!
I just hate bad service, but mistakes happen, however there is absolutely no excuses for bad customer care.
