Sam was absolutely amazing from start to finish, she sent pictures of my cats every other day to reassure me that they were settling in. The rooms are absolutely immaculate and I wouldn’t say that lightly as I’m a clean freak! It’s surprising how clean, secure and cozy it it is there and you can tell that Sam has a passion for cats. I’m so glad I found this little gem, I’m now confident that my cats will be well cared for if I’m ever away. I couldn’t rate this place high enough! I will definitely be booking my fur babies in again! Thank you Sam!

I had to leave my kitten of only 6 months while visiting my son in New York for a long weekend .
Was so worried, but needn’t have been. Sam sent me emails and photos to reassure me that she was ok . When I picked her up, she was well and happy . Would never let her stay anywhere else . Sally and Bowie
