About 2 weeks to collect the skip after I called for collection... excuse was that their vehicle had broken down so they had a backlog. I used them again recently and again they keep promising to collect the skip "tomorrow" which never seems to come... first time I thought was jus unlucky this time I believe it's more of a bad habit esp as they collect money on delivery
