Word of warning, if you want to fail your exams and have an exploded bladder, be my guest and come here. However, if you want to finesse your exams and be at a library with organised staff that listen to the public opinion, find somewhere else. For a central library, Issa disappointment. Not only are the noise levels louder than a metal rock concert due to 'Baby Bounce' aka their nursery, but they expect you to go all the way under the subway and through Narnia to go to the toilet... Oh ... but don't forget ! It gets better! If you leave your things in the library for a split second... they'll get collected by the police and destroyed! All in all...
This place is TRASH.
