- T A Review added: 2018.11.16★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Booked a same day service for my car and also needed a broken side mirror replaced. Was running late by just over 10 minutes. Called ahead to explain but was told categorically by someone in the service department I will not be seen anymore and should rebook. Tried to explain the dangerousness of my situation but this was ignored. I was expected to drive my car around without a side mirror for another 2 weeks before being seen again!
Customer service was equally rigid and inflexible. The lady was somewhat rude as well.
I've been a customer of this Toyota branch for many years, despite all the various management changes, and expected.better but was treated shabbily. Very disappointing
